Heritage & Founding
NZ Ship Supplies was founded by Brian McSherry, who saw an opportunity to support the shipping industry as New Zealand rebuilt after World War II. With strong connections and a commitment to honest, reliable service, Brian established a business that quickly grew to become a trusted name for ship provisioning.
Growth & Evolution
Brian's daughter Fiona, with her husband Chris, took over the family business, continuing his legacy while modernising operations for today's global shipping environment. Under their leadership, we've expanded our services, strengthened our supply chain, and refined our focus on delivering custom, just-in-time solutions to vessels worldwide.
